This page will be populated in the beginning of 2021, but in the meantime, please let us put your mind to rest… We guarantee our products and personalization of the same. Our business philosophy is really quite simple. Our entire business is first and foremost governed by Matthew 7:12 and Luke 6:31.
Sometimes we need to move text personalization and/or make an abbreviation here or there, and there’s always a chance that we may make a mistake. Of course, we try not to make mistakes, but admittedly it has happened in the past. We ask that you allow us to fix the problem if that happens. On the same side of that coin, if you make a mistake in your personalization, we will rectify it for you at no cost. The theory that personalized items are non-returnable does not resonate well with us, so it never made it into the procedure book.
We are also aware that sometimes shipping carriers are not-so gentle with the packages that we ship, regardless of the packaging that we use. Our damage in transit rate is less than 1%, but we do occasionally have an order damaged in shipping. This is also something that we will happily tend to as well.
The bottom line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase, and we want you to feel like you got what you bargained for. Should you encounter any issues with the product that you have ordered or the personalization on it, please let us know. We will address any shortcomings, regardless of fault.
